Its location is strategic, bridging the gap between the town’s rich history and its vibrant future. Situated near the intersection of Cary Towne Boulevard and Interstate 40, Fenton offers easy access to the rest of The Triangle area, making it a convenient destination for both locals and visitors.

Shops and Dining
Walking through Fenton, you can feel the energy and excitement in the air. The architecture is modern and inviting, blending seamlessly with the natural beauty of our town. The wide, pedestrian-friendly streets are lined with a diverse array of shops and restaurants, each offering a unique experience.
The dining scene at Fenton is particularly impressive. From the authentic Italian flavors at Colletta to the innovative sushi creations at M Sushi, there’s something to satisfy every palate. As a food enthusiast, I appreciate the emphasis on chef-driven restaurants and the variety of cuisines available.
The shopping options are equally diverse, ranging from local boutiques to well-known retailers. Whether you’re looking for the latest fashion trends, unique home decor, or a new book to read, you’re likely to find it here.

But Fenton is not just about shopping and dining. It’s a place where people come together. The open spaces and planned events, like live music in the summer and ice skating in the winter, create a sense of community that’s hard to find in typical commercial developments.
In terms of improvements, I believe that as Fenton continues to grow and add new amenities, it will be important to maintain a balance between commercial activity and open, community spaces. Additionally, managing traffic and ensuring adequate parking will be crucial to maintaining a positive visitor experience.
Condo Rentals at Fenton
You can live at Fenton, but it’ll cost you a pretty penny. Offering a variety of condos configurations above the retail businesses below, it’s rental only and the monthly rates are quite high from what I understand.
In other words: housing there is designed to be high-end, catering to a more affluent demographic.
Over the years, I’ve observed that the cost of living in our town has been steadily rising, and the rental rates at Fenton are a reflection of this trend. While these upscale rentals may attract new residents and contribute to the economic growth of the area, they are not necessarily affordable for everyone.
This raises a broader issue about housing affordability in our town. As Cary continues to grow and attract new developments like Fenton, it’s crucial that we also consider how to maintain a diverse and inclusive community. This includes providing a range of housing options that are accessible to residents with different income levels.
In the context of Fenton, while the high-end rentals add a certain prestige to the development, they also highlight the need for more affordable housing options in our community. As we celebrate the growth and prosperity of Cary, it’s important that we also strive for a town where everyone, regardless of their income, can find a place to call home.
